Great location, overlooking the river and conveniently located near the TransWA coach stop. Rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of free parking available.
The room we stayed in was quite hot and stuffy with limited air flow. The window didn't open much, making it uncomfortable during warmer days.

Location was good, close to some shops and restaurants. , the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions of activities to do around the area. There was enough hot water in the shower.
The room was dirty, outdated, and extremely basic. The bed was uncomfortable and the heater didn't work properly, leaving the room cold during the chilly winter night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a romantic escape, with stunning views of the river. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and toiletries were a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the delicious fish and chips and local white wine at the restaurant overlooking the river.
The room had a few issues, such as a brown tape covering a hole in the door. We also found some spiderwebs, ants, and moths in the room upon arrival.

the prices were extremely reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were perfect for my needs, and I especially loved having a room with a "river view", it added a touch of tranquility to my stay. Lastly, the hotel's location was superb, being close to the shops and right opposite a beautiful park by the river. It was the perfect base to explore Denmark's stunning beaches. All in all, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
Only one minor issue during my stay, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we had to change our room last minute. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better, with shops, walking trails, and the beautiful beaches of Denmark just a short distance away. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they quickly corrected a mistake with our room assignment. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean, and we loved the location just across the river from the center of town. It was easy to explore all of Denmark's beautiful beaches from this spot, and there were plenty of hotel facilities to meet our needs.
Not obvious to find.
